In order to achieve this marvellous combination, which allows the user to arrange and custom fit the pillow for personal support, there must be a significant amount of slack built in to the design of the pillow. The slack, which can be perceived as a missing component, is deliberate in order to achieve flexibility, stability and optimum flow and comfort. It is quite normal for a new Big V Pillow to have a visible slack of up to 1/3 of its total capacity.
