Since I am a home-based business with children at home, my operating hours can be rather untraditional to accommodate my children's schedules. Therefore email is my preferred method of contact. I check my email numerous times at all hours of the day or night.

When sending me an email please keep the following important details
in mind:

• I normally respond to emails within 1 business day. If you haven't received a response within that time, please resend the email. Emails can get lost in Cyberspace just like regular letters get lost in the mail.

• Always include a subject line that pertains to your message. Emails without a subject are often treated as SPAM or junk mail and may be deleted.

• If you are requesting an order status inquiry  please include your 7 digit shopper id number (order #). On paypal orders this is called an item number.

• If you are requesting a shipping quote  for an International order or express mail please include your complete shipping address, telephone number and the item(s) you are interested in ordering.
