While we completely understand that mistakes happen & that folks do change their minds, we must set time limitations on order cancellations. Please read our Order Cancellation Policy:

• Orders may be cancelled without a cancellation fee if we are notified within 1 hour of placing your order. This will allow us to completely void the transaction and avoid charging your credit card.
   

• If we are not notified of your cancellation before the specified time limit above, then your credit card will be charged.
   

• If the order is cancelled before the item actually ships, then a full credit to your card minus a 10% cancellation fee will be applied upon receipt of your email cancellation request.
   

• If an item has already been shipped and you want to cancel your order then you must follow our return procedures as outlined below. A 10% restocking fee will apply to these returns and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refund/Return Policy & Procedures

At Bonny Babies we pride ourselves on our high quality selection of innovative products & exceptional customer service. In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your purchase, we will make every attempt possible to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Please see our return policy for details.

• Returns will only be accepted on unopened merchandise in the original manufacturer's packaging within 30 days of the purchase date (some exceptions apply - see individual product descriptions for this important information). Special 100% Guarantee on Miracle Blankets
   

• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (*no restocking fee on Miracle Blankets)
   

• There will be no refunds of shipping charges unless there has been an error on our part.
   

• To return an item please first send an email to bonnybabies@cableone.net to request a return authorization number. Please Note: Any returns sent without this authorization number will be automatically refused.
   

• For your protection all returns should be sent via an insured shipping method. A delivery confirmation is also highly recommended as we cannot be held responsible lost or damaged packages.
   

• Once we have received the returned merchandise and have verified its condition we will issue a refund minus the shipping charges and 10% restocking fee
   

• In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we ask that you email us as soon as possible (within 5 days of receipt of merchandise) so we can investigate and remedy the problem. A complete refund or replacement will be given once we have received the merchandise and verified its condition.
   

• Please Note: Refunds cannot be issued without first receiving the returned Merchandise.
