These beautiful Keepsake Baby Birth Plates are designed & lovingly hand-painted by talented artist, Claudia Baudo, of The Painted Seed Studio. Claudia donates a portion of the proceeds from each birth plate to The March of Dimes.

The 8" ceramic gift plate comes in a white gift box (sorry box pictured above is no longer available) and is the ideal baby gift for family members, friends or co-workers.
Pink for girls and blue for boys, the keepsake plate displays the first and middle name of the newborn with his/her birth date, time of birth and weight.

A pair of tiny baby footprints is in the center of the plate with a precious poem that reads:
"O tender feet, you precious things, sent from the gates of heaven's wings."
